Hi!

Sorry if this is not the right channel for my question, but are you planning to offer a ruby client for the API?

Best regards!!!

Unfortunately I am not familiar with ruby but I will do some research as some of our contacts used ruby if I remember correctly. When do you plan to start your integration? Asap? ;)

Best regards,
Clemens

Thanks for the quick response!!

hahaha not asap like tomorrow-asap, but we'd really interested in testing some integration with your devices in a few weeks time span ;)

PS: by we, I mean http://qoolife.com, to complement the services that some of our doctors offer through our platform.

We have now some example code pieces prepared. Unfortunately. Expect some updates after Eastern, mid of April :)

Sorry for the delay. We have no library yet, but some sample code is available here:
https://github.com/Medisana/vitadock-api/tree/master/ruby

Feel free to propose changes to the code and ask questions.

Thanks for getting back.

I'd like to give it a try, though the commit says "not working" :-)

First of all I'd need API credentials. Unfortunately we don't have any devices at the office. Are there demo credentials so we can test? Or shall I just sign up and set some data manually?

Well, it's just a piece of a code. It's no whole library. You have to figure it on your own. But it contains the most crucial part, the signature calculation.

You can use the development server (vitacloud.medisanaspace.com) and sign up as a developer. Then create a new application, create desired access rights (i.e. which modules you want to access), then you are ready to go.

For data retrieval, I can provide you with generated sample data. Just send me the email of your user account (not necessarily the same as the developer account) to [email protected]
