Documentation field values should be camelcase

The documentation uses underscore_case, however, the actual API uses camelCase. For example, https://github.com/Medisana/vitadock-api/wiki/DATA-MODEL-GlucoDockGlucoses suggests that the Blood Glucose field should be "blood_glucose" but in reality, it is "bloodGlucose". This is true for all of the fields and modules in the data model documentation as far as I can tell.
