The Parts in Use table doesnt have separate listings for Inner Sphere and Clan Double Heat Sinks. I'd created a mixed techbase force and used the Parts in Use table to quickly gather my initial supplies. This caused surprise when mid-contract I lost an IS DHS, but had no spares to replace it. My warehouse showed only Clan tech DHS. a view of the Parts in use showed only 1 DHS listing

Very similar issue to #5876 - can't link the two, but have added this one to the logistics bug tracker and likely a similar fix needed.
