[🐞]: Lunch basket bypasses item cooldowns

Before Continuing:

• Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
• Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
• Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
• If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
  Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
• Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail

The CombatNouveau mod adds cooldowns to certain items for balance, namely splash potions.
Splash potions can be put in and used from a lunch basket, and when used this way have no cooldown, bypassing the restriction set on the item itself.

I wonder if it's an issue to how those cooldowns are added or it's outright a lunch box issue. Would be worth testing with some food that naturally has cooldown or allowing some item with cooldown in it to see how it behaves
