Before Continuing:

  • Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
  • Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
  • Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
  • If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
    Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
  • Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail

All waysigns except the oak are not craftable.
Reproduction:

  1. Get any sign that is not an oak sign.
  2. Place the sign in a crafting grid.

When pick block is used on any waysign, it picks a warped waysign.
Reproduction:

  1. Be in creative mode.
  2. Place down any waysign that is not a warped waysign.
  3. Use your pick block key (usually scroll wheel) to pick the block.

Is moonlight lib up to date? Does it happen without other mods?

Moonlight Lib is up to date, and both bugs persist without other mods.
