[🐞]: Weird Lag on My Minecraft Server

Before Continuing:

• Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
• Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
• Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
• If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
  Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
• Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Describe Issue

When I log into my minecraft server it takes like, 5 minutes. And then I timed out after I go on my minecraft server. Server watch dog says it might be supplementaries:

i am in the process of debugging but I have confirmed that after putting supplementaries 3.1.10 into my mod server i start timing out adn teh server starts bewcoming slow. It is very possible that this is a mod incompat, which I am testing.
