when i join in my server it is lagging

I changed my server from 1.17.1 to 1.18.1
after I change when i joined it is lagging if a break a block it is not dropping and after some time it kicks me and says ("player name" was kicked due to keepalive timeout"). after I rejoin the block before I break is in my inventory and the mobs are also not moving. This process will continue again until the server stops.
