I ran out of space in /tmp the first time I ran the latest version of the pipeline. I know there's a warning about setting /tmp in the comments of the config file, but now that there's the automatic installer the user doesn't see this warning and the output when /tmp fills up is pretty hard to decipher if you're not expecting it.

I suggest a step in the installer that warns about /tmp about asks for an alternative.
