Combining emoji are not listed on Unicode version pages

If an emoji is made of multiple codepoints, it will not be listed on the respective Unicode version page.

Some examples:

🧑‍🎓

Version 15.1, for example, lists no emojis even though clearly there were some added:

1FABE used to be a black bird, until it was recoded.
I don’t care about fonts, have you seen this?

The font was created long before rouble was encoded, and the entire block was filled with rouble in a hope than somewhere it would be encoded. AFAIR, the font is of 2009, rouble was encoded in 2014.

Update that font, it already has U16. But someday 1FA8A..8C will be encoded, and it has those characters.
