Hi.
I have tried to execute the workflow with the example data that is contained in the documentation, but I have had an issue in relation with the correction of the confluences. The issue says that the streams, generated by the command derive_streams has a longitud which value is 0.
if (cp)
correct_compl_confluences()
Fixing 107 complex confluences with 3 upstream segments each
Original stream topology file moved to 'streams_v_o3'.
Breaking lines and moving vertices ...
Updating topology ...
Error in if (dt.move_streams[jj, cut_stream_prev] != i) { : argumento tiene longitud cero
What could be a solution for this issue?
I tried to generated a stream in ArcGIS and import it as an input of correct confluences, but a message appeared telling me that was necessary to calculate the streams netowork throught the Open Stars Workflow.
Thank you for your help.
Best Regards,
Martha.
