Brief modification description

The github cyberdog documentation should be in English too.
It's too dificult to use Google translator to translate do cyberdog documentation in Chinese to English everytime to understading the source code

We claim to be in english too

lol... this will be the least of your worries. Sadly the Cyberdog staff all no longer do anything with this project. They seem to not care any more.
