It shouldn't matter that some scripts are written by "other authors", given that collaborative authorship is assumed due to this being an open-source Git repo. Also, only the root /media/fat/Scripts folder gets added to the PATH by MiSTer, so useful/relevant scripts (such as the ones for fast USB polling) really shouldn't be buried under a subfolder.
