DorsalVR shows no output in exclusive fullscreen

DorsalVR will not display any output in the headset if Dolphin is set to exclusive fullscreen. I believe exclusive fullscreen is the default; borderless fullscreen needs to be explicitly toggled. Suggest adding advice to the configuration guide or having DorsalVR enable borderless fullscreen explicitly.

I'm using the Vulkan renderer, if that makes a difference..

Interesting, thank you. DorsalVR does override some Dolphin startup options, so maybe I just need to add this too. Thanks for letting me know; I'll look into it when I get a chance.
