Using version 0.1.2, latest dolphin build, oculus rift.
The -angleX=20 command line argument causes the other argument (-sbs) to be ignored, and the DSUclient service to not be available in dolphin (status in dolphin says Disconnected). Without the -angleX argument everything works as expected.

Dolphin shows 3 instances of the DSUclient available when it works. Is this expected behaviour?

@gravitone That's odd... Does this dev version work any better? http://michaeljw.com/scrap/DorsalVR-DevBuild.zip

Yes - 0 corresponds to the HMD, 1 to the left hand controller, and 2 to the right hand controller.

I'm working on a new version with completely revamped input system so if the dev version linked above doesn't work any better please hold tight for that new version! I'll message when it's ready.

Sorry @gravitone I forgot to message! It's ready to test out now, although I still need to write some docs to explain how to tweak things.
