Mightbe I'm late, but here is how to run xls to transfrom XSD to HTML using Ubuntu OS

xsltproc -o [YOUR_PATH/YOUR_RESULT.HTML] xsd2html2xml.xsl [YOUR_XSD/FILE.xsd]
