atcab_kdf tests using KDF_DETAILS_HKDF_MSG_LOC_SLOT

The only tests for atcab_kdf that are currently available use KDF_DETAILS_HKDF_MSG_LOC_INPUT and KDF_DETAILS_HKDF_MSG_LOC_IV. We are experiencing an issue with our 608Bs when using KDF_DETAILS_HKDF_MSG_LOC_SLOT and trying to encode the key slot number in the details field, and we can´t determine if the issue is in our coding, the chips or the lib.
