Hi

The style guide is quite explicit on the use of sentence case vs. title case (Capitalization). However, some SEO-minded people want us to use Title Case in subject lines, which (imho) a) looks amateurish b) seems spammy and c) does not comport with the general rule of using lower case where possible.

All I can point to is automated emails for password resets etc. that I have received from Microsoft that always use sentence case.

Yet still, they argue with us (the beleaguered writers).

Please add a section on email subject lines and pre-headers to specifically include/exclude this rule.

Thanks
