Tcpvcon prints to CSV without headers

Hi!

I’m using Tcpvcon with the following command line: tcpvcon.exe -a -c -n -nobanner

While Tcpvcon can output data in CSV format (using the -c option), it doesn’t include a header row to label each column. This lack of headers makes it challenging to interpret the output when using tools like TimelineExplorer.
