we have a few environments running successfully on both staging and production

now is a good time to go back and review them, make sure we have backups, monitoring, alerts etc..

These are the relevant charts and templates to review, all are deployed and in active use on production:

Spark
Volunteers
Traefik - the main load balancer
nginx - internal reverse proxy for things like auth / caching
adminer - DB web UI
