@jimjam-slam mentioned Quarto support could be better.

I haven't used Quarto but I can imagine it's not that easy to use with capsule.

I should say that I've successfully used capsule::create() on most Quarto docs once I rename them to .Rmd (non-R chunks appear to just be ignored), but haven't tried using Quarto's other functions to restore the environement.

Quarto does have some existing documentation on use with virtual environments!
