AI act label alignment AK, Task-registry, Beslishulp, AMT, systemcard

Description

We use the ai act labels now on 4 different spots:

• task-registry (comes directly from AK)
• Beslishulp
• AMT
• Systemcard on the AI-validation team site
  We need a single source of truth and discussed with AK that it will be there.

Implementation Notes

• Align the ai-act-labels with AK in all repositories
• Beslishulp (The decision-tree.yaml needs to be adjusted)
• AMT (The labels imported from the beslishulp should be transferred to the radio buttons in the create new algorithm)
• System card schema need to be adjusted (in ai-validation repo)

Out-of-scope

• This will be a recurring thing, so how do we handle this in the future?
• Migration of older labels to newer labels
