Cant use hammer on carpenters blocks #448

Hello,
I cant use the hammer on the blocks, they dont change into slabs or sideslabs, but the durability still wears off anyway (Version 1.12.2)

Please fix it.

1.12.2 was a preview and didn't have any functionality implemented for the base Carpenter's Block. I'm not actively developing the mod at this time.
