It should be possible to mount PlentyFS with -o fs_size=1024 and get a filesystem with roughly 1024 bytes of data. It's acceptable for different seeds to have different amount of data, as long as the average over all seeds is equal to the size dictated by the option.
This requirement should be a part of PlentyFS's subplot.
