About the PR
(Finally) adds the telebaton for command members (except hos). It has two forms: retracted and protracted - when retracted its a 2x1 size and deals 5 blunt and 10 stamina damage. When protracted its a 4x4 and deals 0 blunt and 25 stamina damage (Xenarachnis says its not too op so im rolling with that for now).
