world time schedule support

one of my trains wasn't appearing in the schedule until i realized that the schedules need to be in real time, not world time.

Describe the solution you'd like
the ability to use the "time of day" delay option and still have those trains show up in the schedules

Describe alternatives you've considered
i considered just having a 24 minute long delay at the depot (the train was supposed to depart at 8am game time, and wait at the depot until then), but i would have to time that correctly, otherwise the train won't leave the depot at the right time
