Running clean_tags() on every save/import causes high load #49

I had to disable clean_tags() on godaddy shared hosting because it was causing too high of a load. Issue #43 could solve this issue, but the queries should be looked at for issues as well.

Disable clean_tags() on edit due to high load

- Running clean_tags() after every save/edit of a post can cause a high
  load because it causes a lot of queries and can cause php to 500 from
  running out of memory.
