Confirmed by a lot of russian people, https moddota doesn't work there, which means that most moddota google links do not work and as well as an ability to log in.

Can you elaborate on how https isn't working? Is it an issue with the signing chain not being trusted in russia? Is it just dead pages? What error code are you getting?

Addendum: upon following up, it seems that the issue is chrome-specific, and the cypher being used for the https connection isn't using SHA-1, so that's not the issue either. Workaround is to use firefox for the time being.

Works for me now in all browsers/computers I have.
