This project showcases an HR Analytics Dashboard built to analyze key employee metrics and provide insights into workforce dynamics. The dashboard is designed to help HR teams monitor employee attrition, satisfaction levels, and demographic distributions effectively.

  • Overall Employees: 1,470 employees analyzed.
  • Attrition Rate: 16.12% attrition observed across departments.
  • Department-Wise Attrition:
    • R&D: 39%
    • Sales: 56%
    • HR: 5%
  • Age Group Analysis: Distribution of employees and attrition rates by age bands (Under 25, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, Over 55).
  • Education Field: Attrition trends across education backgrounds, including Life Sciences, Medical, Marketing, and more.
  • Job Satisfaction: Ratings across various roles like Managers, Scientists, and Sales Executives.

  • Clone the repository:
