Unable to use mainscreen lobby buttons

Reproduction:

This issue seems to happen at random from my perspective and the fix also seems to be random. Everything outside of the mainscreen (as in the chat, hotkeys, upper right menus and buttons and upper left menus and buttons) work without issue. It is just the stylized buttons that do not work. This has been popping up since I started playing on this station.

As for fixes and known causes:
Changing firewall access for dreamseaker (on and off again) works sometimes for some reason.
Changing dreamseekers permissions also sometimes works.
Reinstalling byond and updating it sometimes works, but also sometimes causes it.
Restarting my computer sometimes fixes it.

I cycle through these actions until it works again. It is possible it has something to do with the round itself and round restarts fix it, but on this occasion multiple round restarts have happened and it is still here.

I have no idea where to go from here and am happy to do further testing.
