Reproduction:

The isolation centrifuge on Ice Box (Maybe other stations? HAsn't been tested.) will not isolate samples. It'll still try to create a vaccine but samples can't be isolated to dishes, meaning using the grower, analyzer, and splicer, is 100% impossible. Attempting to isolate the dish closes the window, and re-opens it with no changes.
