So i became a BB (Blood Brother) off of roundstart i tried to use my flash on daz he had a modsuit on told him to deactivate it he did i used the flash on him and it didnt work so yeah im not sure what went wrong admins said there were no errors either so yeah i think it might be a bug issue.
