Reproduction:

on ouroboros, unlike other stations, the prisoners have no safe areas to go to during a rad storm, most other stations solve this problem by making the prisoner rooms radproof, pretty please fix this so that poor ouroboros prisoners dont get mega screwed up during rad storms
