Reproduction:

Was playing around with artifacts, when the X-ray suddenly was not loadinging in the artifact I dragged into it. Noticed that a persons name kept coming up in the X-ray. Moved the x-ray and it worked fine. Later on, I die and see that there was a ghost where the X-ray was initially, leading me to believe that the X-ray loaded in the ghost over the artifact.
