Reproduction:

The Loadout Polished Jackboots apon spawn in both late Join and round start as of 9/18/24 no longer apear on the shoes/feet nor in the users backpack.

As of 9/17/24 they did still, sorry if this was fixed in the resent update/patch just wanted to pep up.
