Latejoined as assistant, only gear that spawned was:

• translation gloves (signer quirk)
• loadout items (in briefcase)

Notably, unusual hat which usually spawns did NOT spawn.

Other usual gear - headset, id, shoes, jumpsuit, pda, bag - did not spawn at all.

adding: after that shift, my unusual hat is no longer in the loadout menu, and latejoining as assistant the next round spawned me with the exact same problem.

Just noting that using the clear all loadout options and manually re-adding all but the (still missing) hat fixed the issue. Might be something related to why the hat itself disappeared.
