Reproduction:

When trying to make package wrappers in the Cargo Techfab, it would make 50 of a single stack instead of making a maximized single stack. (Ex. When making a max of 25 of package wrappers, it would make 25 max-stacked package wrappers instead of a single package wrapper of 25.)
