"Repacking" (right clicking) a vitals scanning pad breaks it down to its computer compnents and a new vitals scanning pad that you can unpack. meaning you can reassemble the computer, and unpack the new pad. Turning 1 pad to 2, 2 to 4, 4 to 8, etc.
