Reproduction:

Using IPC parts and a borg endoskeleton, you cannot create a new IPC using a gibbed compact posibrain, instead upon reconstruction of the gibbed IPC, they will just become a regular cyborg.

Okay so I know a little about this one.

IPC limbs are a subtype of cyborg limbs. Meaning you can build a complete cyborg endoskeleton out of them. New sprite parts won't show visually but you can build a cyborg out of IPC parts, Which arguably is the bug here and not the becoming a cyborg because well. Your putting a brain into a cyborg. What else would happen
