Add one hat to the plasma man helmet, and sprite wise there is too, a toggle for hat stacking would be nice, thanks!

Puts a stacked hat on the helmet. Remove the stacked hat with shift-right-click on the helmet to Pile of Hats > Remove Stacked Hat, results in sprite of a stacked hat without having a stacked hat.
