During roundstart on Oshan, crew ended up spawning in the error handling room instead of their roundstart job areas.

We have had multiple PRs adjusting oshan and have not seen this be complained about again so im closing.

Going to note here post-closure that this requires LATE ARRIVALS as a station trait to be blacklisted from being ran on Oshan.
