I can't crawl after dying with cursed quirk and having my limbs re-attached, like ive got no limbs

Can't replicate, was able to walk and crawl after dying with cursed, being revived, and having limbs reattached

Trying this on local branch of #3846 which is being testmerged. Unless another PR is messing with limb stuff, then this needs more explanation.

Agreed, this issue is dealt with as I cannot reproduce this.
