Reproduction:

Step 1: Hack implants to be compatible with current cyberlink
Step 2: Get any bundle with traitor cyberlink
Step 3: use the autosurgeon to change cyberlink
Step 4: buttons no longer work, try hacking implants again, cant it says the implants are already compatible
Step 5: hope they do work while buttons dont work as taking them out and reimplanting doesnt do shit.
