dullahan can't use LOOC, whether the head is being held or on the ground.
dullahan can't use computers, it always shows an orange eye symbol rather than the green one (tried holding and not holding head, and both perspectives)
dullahan's head can't get implants, the head and the body just exploded when the roboticist tried to give the head an implant
after that, my brain was there, but I couldn't enter it, even after it was put into an MMI
