Reproduction: Find an air tank in an abandoned wreck. Refill your internals with it. Use it, and you suffocate.

This is not an issue.

The reason you are dying is because internals are filled with pure O2; while the air tank is only 21% O2.
You can turn the valve up to 5x strength to be able to breathe or you can find an O2 Tank
