Reproduction:

i was a shaft miner named Shank Shank on Round ID 8605. I fell down a hole since its on icebox and for some reason i was unable to interact with things by clicking. I tried to use a pen on myself and it wouldnt register, i tried to use a legion core and it wouldn't register, i tried to buckle myself to a bed and again it wouldn register. Restarting my game had no effect.
