Reproduction:

I joined shiftstart as a Chaplain, and was unable to change sects or bible skin. Also my bible was the cringe-ass one the other chappie had, but thats neither here nor there.

Doubt it was shift start. Need to verify how many chaplain slots were opened and confirm timelines of players.
