Reproduction:

The omni pressure tank within the ordanance lab on Delta station is incorrectly configured on roundstart. There is basically no moles of oxygen actually in the tank.

Tanks on Delta and Meta have 1/6 tanks in their tiles marked as oxygen, leaving them with 17k-mol approximately of contents.

Tanks on Blueshift, however, shows 106k-mol of oxygen available.

Blueshift is the odd one out. Tramstation, by design, seems to have no tanks at all!
