Reproduction:

The fire alarms north and south of tcomms (the two lobby areas above and below the actual server room) are missconfigured so that when the doors to the server room are opened at any point, the alarms repeatedly set each other off. I am only able to disable this by disabling thermal sensors on both alarms.
