Reproduction:

At the time, I had readied up and I was chosen to be a medical doctor. When I spawned in, the pre-round shop window was still there as well. I spawned in with no items on my character. I had translation gloves, cigarettes and a lighter in my hands.

My briefcase dropped which included just my loadout items plushies, pAI, cigar cases, etc. but no PDA, ID, shoes, nothing.

since we had a similiar problem before, did you select / deselect any loadout item or mess with it at all round before / current?

Nope. I switched characters, didn't change anything.
