Details:

This is how it looks, it just refuses to work. The APC was green and they had a valid input and output, along with all of them being 200 units

Reproduction:

Be a chemist
Make a factory
Try to use automatic buffers
They dont work with all the good conditions, even after repeatedly screwdrivering
